What is the weather like?
The weather in Colorado is characterized by warm to hot summers and cold and windy winters. The hot never gets too hot as it is a very dry arid climate and there is a cool breeze off the mountains year round that keeps the temps from climbing. The winters are typically snowy and temps can reach below zero, but they don’t stay that way for long and most Coloradans are back outside the next day enjoying one of our 300+ days of sunshine.
