MPC Properties

It’s rare for me to take time to write reviews. But I have a raving review to share. I flip houses and Tommy is currently listing a property in Denver for our company. With most realtors you would expect the typical listing with good pictures, marketing plans, communication, … Tommy drove out of his local market before the property was ready to list in order to walk the neighborhood and strategize a marketing plan for an area in a city he is not 100% familiar with. Tommy arrived again in Denver when the Property was complete and ready for the MLS. The pictures were not up to his expectations and hired a second photographer to come immediately and get photos taken again. I would never expect, nor have ever experienced a realtor be so invested in listing a property before the actual listing was complete!!!
